Who does the work
Our team is in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and has worked in digital marketing since 2017. Almaty is on UTC+5, so our working day overlaps with mornings in the UK and Europe. Two SEO specialists and a project manager do the work, led by Timur, head of AOE. What we do not do: paid ads and buying links from link networks.
What the monthly report looks like
Each report covers one month in six parts: a short summary, AI answers (who was named, 3 runs per question), Google AI Overviews citations, Search Console data for the changed pages, the work done with links, and the plan for next month. It carries your logo and your agency name only, and we remove our company name from file metadata.

What stays yours
- Your client. We do not contact clients you introduce, and we do not work with them directly for 12 months after the last work order for that client.
- Your brand. No mention of our agency, our websites or our team profiles in anything your client sees.

Frequently asked questions
Will my client know you exist?
No, unless you tell them. All reports, emails and files go out under your brand, and we never contact your client directly. If your client contacts us, we send them back to you and let you know.
Who is responsible for results?
You are responsible to your client, because the contract is between you and your client. We work as your subcontractor. Rankings and mentions in AI answers depend on Google, the AI providers and the client’s website, so neither you nor we can guarantee them. Do you sign an NDA?

What about personal data?
